Shipping Information

We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries due to their reliability and consistent service. Our target is to deliver your order within 7 working days, a goal we achieve over 90% of the time.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders under R1,499.99: Flat rate of R129.00 per order

  • Orders of R1,500.00 or more: Receive a R70.00 discount on shipping

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed as quickly as possible during our business hours:
    Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Dispatch typically takes 2–3 working days from order confirmation

Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

  • Cape Town: 1–2 working days

  • Johannesburg (JHB): 3–4 working days

  • KwaZulu-Natal (KZN): 3–4 working days

  • Eastern Cape: 3–4 working days

Note: Some 'in stock' items may be shipped directly from our suppliers, as we synchronize our inventory with theirs. Please keep this in mind if your order is time-sensitive.

We currently ship only within South Africa. Delivery times may vary based on your location and proximity to major cities. Orders shipped from Cape Town generally arrive sooner.

  • Pre-order arrival dates are subject to change and often do. These changes are usually due to production or international shipping delays beyond our control.

  • Pre-order prices may change once the item arrives. We reserve the right to adjust prices before dispatch.

  • To secure a pre-order, full payment is required at the time of purchase. This payment is non-refundable, even if the estimated arrival date changes.
