In Keyflower, you lead a group of settlers through four seasons—spring, summer, autumn, and winter—competing to build the most prosperous village before the year’s end. With a clever blend of worker placement, bidding, and resource management, each round presents evolving opportunities and tactical choices. Can you gather the right workers, outbid your rivals, and craft a village that stands above all others?

Each game of Keyflower is different, thanks to a modular tile system that ensures high replayability. You’ll use colored workers not only to bid on new village tiles but also to activate them for resources or upgrades. Use your workers wisely—whether you're gathering wood, mining stone, forging iron, or upgrading your buildings—because your strategy must adapt with the changing seasons and unpredictable auction tiles.
