In Takenoko, you're a member of the Japanese Imperial court, entrusted with a noble — and adorable — responsibility: to cultivate a lush bamboo garden and care for the giant panda gifted by the Chinese Emperor. With the help of the royal gardener, you’ll irrigate plots, grow colorful bamboo, and feed the panda to satisfy its insatiable appetite.

Each player must skillfully manage their bamboo plots — expanding the garden, growing three types of bamboo (Green, Yellow, and Pink), and keeping the panda well-fed. As objectives are completed, players earn points. The most balanced and efficient caretaker will become the Emperor’s favorite!
